Jack Whitechurch

 Jack Whitechurch, formerly of ‘Wendouree’, passed peacefully at Southern Cross Aged Care in Young on Monday 29th June 2026. Aged 98 years.

Loved husband of Gwyneth (dec.). Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Joy & Norm, Sue, Kim & Jennie, and Cherie. Beloved grandfather of Amy & Gregg, Gerard, Mark, Brendan, Ashley & Emily, and Christopher, Reece & Lauren, and all their families.

A Service of Thanksgiving and Celebration for Jack’s life will be held in St John’s Anglican Church, Cloete Street Young, on Thursday 9th July 2026 commencing at 11 am. Following the service, the funeral cortege will leave for the Young Lawn Cemetery. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
