Margaret Faith Makin, fondly known as 'Meg'

Passed peacefully surrounded by family in the MPS Grenfell, on Thursday 1st October 2026. Aged 89 years.

Wife of Max. Proud mother of Tim, Steven and Brett. Loving Nan of Karl, Wezley, Tess, Hayden and Natalie. Doting great-grandmother of Braxton, Logan, Remi, Willa, Huon, Hallie, Poppy, Angus and Elsie.

A Service of Thanksgiving and Celebration for Meg’s life will be held in Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Middle Street Grenfell, on Friday 16th October 2026, commencing at 11am. Following the service the funeral cortege will leave for the Grenfell Lawn Cemetery. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
